PetLab Cleaning Products

Cleanliness is a cornerstone of the care we provide, and our thorough cleaning schedule is designed to protect the health, comfort, and safety of every dog in our care. All indoor and outdoor areas are cleaned and sanitised daily using PETLAB pet-safe products, with high-touch surfaces, play areas, bedding, bowls, and toys cleaned regularly throughout the day. This helps minimise the spread of germs and ensures a fresh, hygienic environment at all times.

With small group sizes and in-home style care, we’re able to monitor cleanliness closely and respond immediately to any messes or spills, keeping spaces clean and safe without disrupting the dogs’ routines.

By maintaining high hygiene standards and consistent cleaning practices, we help protect your dog’s wellbeing while giving you peace of mind — knowing your dog is cared for in a clean, safe, and thoughtfully maintained space every single day.

Drool Pet Products

We proudly use Drool shampoos and pet care products, carefully chosen to be gentle on skin and coats while supporting overall health and comfort. Free from harsh chemicals and suited to sensitive skin, our products help keep coats clean, soft, and healthy.

Lyka & Eureka

As part of our premium overnight stays, you will have the option to add a delicious and nutritious LYKA or EUREKA meal for each night your dog is with us.

LYKA are well known for bringing high quality, nutritious food to your dogs bowl which is why we offer their meals as part of your dogs stay. Each recipe is filled with purposeful, whole food ingredients which are sourced locally, sustainably and ethically where possible, with 85-95% of each recipe made using Australian ingredients.

LYKA meals are nutritionally balanced, backed by science, vet formulated and tailored to a dogs specific needs. No additives, no preservatives - just real, delicious, human grade whole foods!

In EUREKA recipes every ingredient has a purpose. Their focus is 90% real Aussie meat, 10% whole food veg, fruit and seeds and 0% anything else. They've included everything your dog needs to thrive and avoid unnecessary fillers and common commercial shortcuts like glycerin and artificial preservatives. Their food is gently air dried at 68 degrees to seal in the goodness and preserve maximum nutrients from premium local ingredients.

When you access our booking portal you will be able to add your choice of meals to your stay. Each meal costs $8 and you will need to choose 1 meal for each night your dog is staying. If your dog has a specific diet, food will need to be provided by you.
